Amiyah: I did not know that at all.

    Amiyah: That tracks.

Poke: Bell peppers are chili relatives with no heat at all.

    Amiyah: Wait, really?

Poke: The seeds and inner ribs hold much of a chili pepper heat.

Poke: How can I make a dish less spicy?
