Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • Half teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation
