Classic Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • Half cup Caesar dressing
  • Half cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Half cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Preparation

  1. Toss the diced chicken with the Caesar dressing and half of the parmesan.
  2. Spoon the chicken into the romaine leaves to form cups.
  3. Top with the crushed croutons and the remaining parmesan.
  4. Finish with a generous grind of black pepper.
  5. Serve right away with lemon wedges on the side.
