Creamy Roasted Garlic Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 whole garlic heads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Slice the tops off the garlic heads and drizzle with oil.
  3. Wrap in foil and roast 40 minutes until soft.
  4. Squeeze out the cloves.
  5. Mash with cream cheese or butter and a pinch of salt.
