Crispy Garlic Butter Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
