Chayote Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 chayotes, peeled and julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Peel and julienne the chayotes and carrot into thin matchsticks.
  2. Whisk the lime juice, olive oil, honey, and salt together.
