Fresh Boysenberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boysenberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • One fourth of a cup water

Preparation

  1. Combine the boysenberries and water in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir until dissolved.
