Broiled Grapefruit with Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruits, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Turn on the broiler and place a rack near the top.
  2. Cut a thin slice off the bottom of each grapefruit half so it sits flat.
  3. Drizzle the cut sides with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes until the tops bubble and brown.
  5. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
