Fresh Microgreens Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed microgreens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Shaved parmesan, optional

Preparation

  1. Gently place the microgreens in a wide bowl.
  2. Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt together.
