Simple Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • One fourth of a cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Place the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender.
  2. Add the olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust the salt and lemon.
  5. Serve drizzled with more olive oil.
