Roasted Chestnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh chestnuts
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Cut an X into the flat side of each chestnut shell.
  3. Spread the chestnuts on a baking sheet cut side up.
