Fresh Herb Garden Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • Half cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • Half cup olive oil
  • A quarter cup grated parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Place the basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and garlic in a blender.
  2. Add the parmesan and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour in the olive oil slowly while blending.
  4. Blend until smooth and bright green.
